Turnaround is 7–14 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding major U.S. federal holidays. Selections submitted at or after 5:00 PM, on a weekend, or on a listed holiday begin processing on the next business day. Please ask me about your edits only after the follow-up date shown above.
These dates are estimates and may shift because of revision requests, incomplete selections, holidays, technical issues, unusually high editing volume, or other unforeseen delays.

Why does the estimate change?
The estimate depends on the exact date and time your final selections were submitted. Weekends, federal holidays, and submissions received at or after 5:00 PM can move the processing start date.
Why are weekends not counted?
Editing turnaround is calculated in business days. Saturdays and Sundays are not included in the 7–14 business-day window.
Can I request expedited editing?
Expedited editing may be available depending on the current editing queue. Contact Smooth Studios before your deadline to ask about availability and any applicable rush fee.
What if I need revisions?
Revision requests may require additional processing time. Please send all requested changes clearly and together whenever possible so they can be handled efficiently.
